MLG Properties came to be in 1996 by the father-daughter duo of Mark Green and Malinda Edmundson. Their first large scale development was Crescent Heights Luxury condos in Sandy, Utah. MLG Properties has always been a family owned & operated Brokerage. They have grown exponentially since then, by playing major roles in changing the skyline of Salt Lake County. Their various developments include commercial shopping centers, hotels, multi-family developments, assisted living & memory car centers, and class A Office buildings. They represent national tenants to find the perfect lease, as well as the smaller “mom n pop” retailers. The Residential & Luxury Home sales team is known for their attention to detail and knowing where “The Best” homes in Utah are found. At MLG Properties, we build exceptional relationships with our clients, friends, and the communities in which we live and work.
About The Owners
Malinda
After graduating Westminster College, Malinda Edmundson decided to try out being a Realtor, at her father’s request, the rest of the last 26 years is history. She has served as the Principal Broker for MLG Properties since 2001 and manages both the commercial and residential agents on her team. Her love of architectural design and art are seen in each of the various developments she helped create.
Harold
Harold Edmundson joined MLG Properties in 2010 after a long career with a large national mortgage servicer. Harold has brought a wealth of knowledge regarding foreclosure and bank owned properties (REO’s) which has helped the company assist many of our clients and friends’ investment needs. Harold currently leads the Residential Portfolio of MLG Properties, representing both Buyers and Sellers in Utah’s incredible market.
